Support

Ask us anything.

One person builds and supports Optically, and that person reads every message. If something is broken, say what your setup is — which Mac, which speaker, and how the audio gets there — and you will get a useful answer instead of a form reply.

If you have bought Optically, use the address you bought with.

Already have Optically installed? Right-click the menu bar icon and choose “Report a Problem” — the app fills all of this in for you, shows you exactly what it will send, and waits for your say-so.

The name in About This Mac.
Every Mac new enough to run Optically needs something in between — a dock, an adapter, or an HDMI extractor.

Your message opens a private conversation that is deleted 30 days after its last reply, unless it is tied to a dispute. See the privacy notice.

Before you write

Two things answer most messages. If your volume keys do nothing, check that Optically appears and is ticked in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility. If the overlay shows but the speaker does not move, check the menu bar icon — it names what is wrong and offers the fix.

Want a refund? Just say so — see the refund policy. You do not need a reason.
